They served us breakfast even though it was technically lunch time just bc we asked. Love these guys. Super clean restrooms too.

So...food was okay but it wasn't what I ordered. I asked for the Grande Nacho Box and I got the Nacho Fries Box. The only reason I am giving 3 stars and not less is someone left a dog and small child in the car while they were eating inside taco bell. I said something to the lady at the drive through and she handled the situation quickly.

The commercial was actually better than the cheddar chalupa

I used a delivery service several times that picked up here. The orders have never been right, and that's 100% on the restaurant. Tonight I ordered and they left out 3 items. Ordered AGAIN because all my food was missing and they made them wrong. I even asked in the comments that they be careful as this was my second order. Furthermore they were out of mild sauce. I will not be using this location ever again.

My favorite local Taco Bell. Always get good service here. Friend knows much of the staff and is a regular here. Always clean. Food always seems fresh. If you want to see a classic 80s/90s Taco Bell location this is your place!

This Taco Bell is not one of my favorite locations when on the go. I really like for my vegetables to taste fresh with great vegetation. I am sorry to state that I can not achieve freshness at this location. I have attempted several times.

If I eat here everyday then I have to give them 5 stars.

As an employee working in a big truck im highy disappointed in this location they would not serve us because we could not use the drive through. I wont be back to this taco bell anytime in the near future.

This establishment is utterly disappointing. The employees care very little about the customers and the managers seem to feel the same. Never again.

By the time I get home all tacos are soft and greasy, soft tacos just all wet paper sticks to it.

Typical Taco Bell if you've been to one you've been to them all. Edible food at a cheap price

Good and quick customer service. I always use the drive thru and have no complains from it. I tried a 7-layer vegetarian burrito which really did not seem like 7 layers as seen in advertisements. It seemed more like a basic 4 ingredient burrito.

Taco Bell is amazing to fulfill a meat craving. The food tastes fresh and made to order. Service is fast and the order is always right. I love how they write the differences on the box or bag when it’s a drive thru order since my husband and I like different things and they have always gotten it correct. It’s inexpensive and for a meal now and then, it really hits the spot.

As Taco Bell goes, this is the best one I've been to. The employees at the drive thru have always been very friendly. I don't think they've actually screwed up one of my orders, which is saying something for Taco Bell. I have also never gotten a taco from them where the meat was lukewarm or the soft shell was starting to harden, which has happened with other Taco Bells. This is all to say, for a mediocre fast food franchise, this location is actually pretty decent. If you really feel the need for Taco Bell, I'd go to this one if you can.

Can i just say I think I'm addicted to taco bell. They actually have a much bigger selection than you have time to read when you go in . I would advise you to look online at their menu for some items you never knew existed! Thay have an app as well lol again I'm addicted!!!!

Everything was tasty but small. It is not enough for me when I am hungry. Otherwise OK, very tasty burrito!

Food was good and hot had everything they just didnt put enough meat and cheese on my taco and crunch wrap it was lik1 or 2 tablespoons on each of meat and a pinch of cheese paying $8.00 for that meal was not worth it.

Placed an online order and pretty much the whole thing was wrong when we picked it up. We were told by them that they had it right the first time but simply did not label it, which is completely wrong because I opened and inspected every item and things were either not added (which I paid extra for) and or things were left on that I specified not to be. This was my first and last time here.

Taco Bell service is always quick and food is consistent. Great specials

This Taco Bell is hit or miss. I don't eat Fast Food almost ever anymore, but I find this restaurant's quality range from mediocre to average. To the credit of the staff, I don't believe I've ever gotten an incorrect order which is noteworthy, but burritos will often still be cold in the middle, or be poorly folded. Fast Food or not, there's other locations with better quality.

I will never go here again, I just got food from them and found hair in my food and it definitely not my hair I have short blond hair and the hair in my food was somewhat long black hair. Never again never again!!

This Taco Bell in governors square was visited around midnight. The staff was friendly and the service was quick. I was the 4th car waiting in line to order and it took maybe all of 5 minutes or so to get my food and be on my way. They work like a machine in there.

I definitely love some taco bell, but they always forget parts of my order. This was the second time I didn't get cheese with my chips and cheese. Otherwise the staff has always been very friendly!

Tried this spot in the past with a friend and I am addicted ever since. I enjoyed the excellent atmosphere and fresh food and beverages. Fantastic work.

I love the seasonal watermelon drink. It has the cute sweet tart pieces that look like watermelon seeds.

The staff is always engaging and friendly,even when training a new employee .considering its a fast food place at lunch time, they still make sure to check the dining area for cleanliness.the time from order to delivery is reasonable ,and the food is,well taco bell

Typical taco bell food. Horrible service! No smile from drive thru attendent, not even a simple thank you! Very rude, felt like I was troubling them by ordering food! Will think twice before going back! But again, didn't expect any better from Taco bell!

Decent Taco Bell, usually pretty busy. Still get served relatively quickly though. Nothing special about their food. You might get asked to buy food (or try to get sold drugs) by a local bum as you wait in the drive thru. Nice area!

This is one of the few places in the area that is open late. I believe this location is open until 4am, which is great for those on the road at that time. As a result be prepared to wait in perhaps the longest drive through line you have ever seen during late hours. Other than that, you can expect standard food and service.

This place messed up my order. They gave me a beef quesorito, instead of a black bean quesorito. I trusted this place becuase they never messed up my order til now! Come on!

We wanted to order the $5.00 Nachos Fries Box shown up on the menu. (Limited time special - no date given) Only to be told, No that is no longer available. When I questioned about it still being upon the menu board; counter girl said "Yes we know it is." I find this deceptive and if something is no longer available & you don't have time to change the whole board - cover that section up, or put notice across the item stating no longer available.Meanwhile we went ahead and ordered 5layer burritos and a bean& cheese burrito.They were the worse ones I have ever had, never have to worry about getting my business.Used tortillas instead of burrito shell

Staff is friendly; good customer service. Food was ready in an appropriate amount of time and it was great. Will definitely return!

I used the mobile app to order and when I got there they said I didn't order and when showed the order I had placed and the order number they tried adding more to my order and charging me again for my original order plus what they added.
